What is a healthy weight loss?

Eat a lot of these if you want to lose weight:

- Chicken, fish and meat.
- Vegetables, vegetables, vegetables.

Eat these reasonably:

- Berries and fruit.
- Grease / fat.
- Potatoes, pasta and rice.
- Bread.

Do not eat these when you want to lose weight:

- Sweet snacks.
- Savoury snacks.
